£60 for a 50 minute session

I offer a free 20 minute telephone or video consultation.

This session is a chance for you to get a feel for what counselling with me might be like. I’ll ask a few questions about your reasons for seeking counselling and a bit about you, just to understand where you're coming from. You’ll also have the chance to ask me any questions about how we might work together and what the counselling process could look like.
